This is what community looks like: Inclusivity, positivity, dedication, passion, drive, love, connecting, everyone together. The Pablo Ramirez Foundation and The Brooklyn Skate Garden were proud to be a part of the 14th HAROLD HUNTER FOUNDATION weekend which included a LES Skatepark clean up and a women’s skate session at Golconda aka Fat Kid park in Bklyn. Other events that were part of the weekend were skate competitions for both women and men, a silent auction to benefit the HAROLD HUNTER FOUNDATION and film screenings, photography and the epic finale Harold Hunter day at LES/ aka Harold Hunter Park. If you came through this weekend I hope you felt the hype, the positivity and the willingness to get outside of yourself, and make new friends, be open to what our culture of SKATEBOARDING is now. More inclusive, open minded, and for everyone. We all belong. Let’s continue to say hi and connect to new skaters you haven’t met before and keep the hype going.
